When you request service from Diamond Pool, we will dispatch a fully trained, uniformed
technician who will do his best to resolve your issue on the first visit. We will
also check your chemical levels on each visit and advise you if any changes need
to be made. Before leaving, we will either speak to you directly or leave a note
explaining the state of your pool and containing contact information if you have
any questions or concerns.
Our goal as a company is to exceed your expectations of what a service company should
be. We send out regular surveys requesting customer input on the quality of service
they recieved on the phone as well as on site. We also encourage customers to call
with complements or complaints in order to evaluate and improve our customers' experience.
